A Community Farm to Grow in

Moss Lane Farm is a community farm where people, nature, and ideas grow together. We grow food, nurture biodiversity, create opportunities to learn, connect, and thrive, and provide a place where communities can come together for hands-on education and food growing, as well as well-being, nature recovery, and environmental learning. The farm brings people closer to the land and to one another.

A community-owned asset on Chat Moss where everyone is welcome.

Nature speaks to every sense

Rub a leaf between your fingers and the moss introduces itself. That's how learning starts at Moss Lane Farm something picked, offered and shared, until the land stops being scenery and becomes a place you know.

“Here smell this.” Every good visit to the farm starts the same way.

Building on the foundations already rooted here, we're strengthening communities and co-designing a green future together.
